I would like to sell this gold:
Hale Astral Staff of Enchanting HSR 20% Energy +10 Chaos Damage 11-22 (Req 9 Inspiration Magic) Enchantments last 20% longer Inscription: "Hale and Hearty" Energy +5 while Health is Above 50% Health +30 This appears to be a very rare skin as I have seen only 1 auction for one and no in game spams. GuildWiki doesn't even list information on it yet. The skin is animated. There is a 'shimmering' effect to the sprial on top. Dye effects the whole staff more or less.
